The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses designed to help Rotarians refine their leadership skills and increase their basis of knowledge in Rotary. Classes are fun, topical and geared toward busy Rotarians—businessmen and women, professionals, non-profit executives—who want to be more effective leaders in their vocations and their clubs. RLI consists of three one-day courses. First time participants attend Part I. Upon completion of Part I, participants separately register for and attend Parts II and III.
The February 1, 2020, RLI will be held at Spindletop Hall, the University of Kentucky Staff, Faculty and Alumni Club, 3314 Iron Works Pike, Lexington, Kentucky. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Classes begin at 8:30 and continue till 3:30.
Spindletop Hall is on the national register and we hope to offer a guided tour of this beautiful, historic home to attendees who are interested.
